The City of Olean Youth and Recreation Department’s Halloween Party for ages 12 and under will be held Friday, October 28th, from 6-7:30pm, at the former St. John’s School, 921 Front Street.  There’s games, food costume judging and prizes, along with a Halloween Safety Presentation by City of Olean Police.
