The Olean Youth and Recreation Department will hold “Learn To Skate” Lessons at the William O. Smith Recreation Center in the Month of February…the 3-session lesson takes place on Saturdays, February 4^th, 11^th, and 18^th, from noon-1:00 each Saturday.  The $25 dollar fee includes the skate rentals.  To register, call the William O.
