The Olean Area Transit System City Loop and Olean-Salamanca Routes will be changed temporarily due to the construction around Olean’s “Walkable Olean Phase II” project.  During the construction, the buses will use the North Union Street Extension to access Front Street.  If you have any questions, you can contact the Olean Department of Community Development at (716)376-5647.
