The City of Olean, along with the City Fire and Police Departments and the Olean Area Chamber of Commerce, will hold a “Spooktacular Halloween Drive-Thru” Trick or Treat event on Monday, October 31^st, from 4-6pm.  City officials will be on hand to hand out free treats to vehicles on South Street, beside Lincoln Park.  Those attending the event are asked to remain in their vehicles.  Normal Trick Or Treating Hours in the City of Olean are set for the 31^st, from 6-8pm.
